Nature conservation is rarely a solo endeavor; it is a discipline built on collaboration. My time during the COC1501 contact course highlighted how essential a strong team is when tackling complex environmental tasks. From the physical demands of collecting field data to the mental rigors of biostatistics, analysis, and reporting, every step requires a shared vision. Meeting like-minded peers reminded me that while the data is important, the people analyzing that data are the ones who truly drive change.
